Client IP
All original ideas and materials provided by you remain your exclusive property.
Developed IP
Upon full payment for a project, the specific custom software, branding, and designs created for you transfer to your ownership.
Studio IP
We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, pre-existing code libraries, and internal methodologies used to deliver our services.
3Service Framework
Projects follow our established 10-phase framework. Timelines and deliverables are outlined in individual project proposals. We reserve the right to pause services if payment milestones are not met.
4User Responsibilities
If you use our platform as a guest (without signing in), please note that certain project details or unpaid drafts may not be saved to a dashboard and could be lost after your initial session.
5Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for "pixel-perfect" excellence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our developed solutions once they have been handed over and approved.
6Modifications
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service offerings or legal requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
